Key Media Group is a member of Business 1st and we are pleased to welcome Business 1st and its members on board. There are now several networking groups on the coast but I personally chose Business 1st as the atmosphere is more relaxed and un-pressured and I still find this conducive to good business. In the year that I have been a member of the group (previously just with Key Printing but now as the Key Media Group) my membership subscription has paid its way and so I recently decided to rejoin as Key Media Group and this has reaped rewards already. Sam Campbell who runs the group is always full of enthusiasm and innovative ideas. We have recently enjoyed our end of year get together and a charity event is planned for the New Year. CALAHONDA DOG SCHOOL
We have been thinking about socializing our lovely dog, Ice for quite some time now. We do not want him to jump through hoops and stand to attention for hours on end – he is not that kind of dog, just to socialise with other dogs both big and small, know how to behave with strangers, to walk to heel and do a recall each and every time, as in most other ways he is the perfect pet! We have known Gary, owner of Calahonda Dog School for many years and in fact he came to us, so we bit the bullet and Ice now goes to classes and thoroughly enjoys it. The school meets in Calahonda Park on Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings – please see Gary K9 Trainer on Facebook for details. Gary is a very patient, kind yet firm trainer and makes the classes different and interesting in each lesson and you can see that he really does love dogs. FUTURE HEALTH
It was interesting to go back to see Marijke at Future Health after I had had my first back operation and it was amazing that her computer programme could see exactly the effects of the op and that far more oxygen was getting into the area concerned thus starting the healing process, although she could see that the upper area was still in a bad state and that has now been confirmed by x-ray and I will need another operation at this point to relieve the nerves. Hoping that will be very soon now so that life can get back to normal again. Marijke was also able to see clearly the continued effects of coming off medication that was previously poisoning my system and also the intake of iron. I discussed with her the problems my system was having with taking the iron supplement and she suggested an alternative with which I do not have the same problems. Marijke is well qualified in matters of nutrition as well as with the Introspect system so if you have any health problems it is well worth investing a small amount for her to carry out the health scan for you and put you at your ease.
