Where has this year gone to? I cannot believe that the festive season is already upon us and at the time of writing there were still people sunbathing on the beach. What a glorious autumn we have had.
As always, there is plenty for you to read in the final issue of 2013. If you fancy a change in career, then there are some wonderful bargains to be had on beauty courses if you book before the end of December. See page 8 for further details.
In the unfortunate event that you wind up with another cold or flu this winter, then relief is at hand with new Bio-InfluZinc + C. For more information, see page 13.
I am sure that many of you will be thinking about exercise after the excesses of the festive season. The new CrossFit phenomenon has now reached us with a centre in Elviria. If you want to get the kids more active during the winter, then what better way than to enrol them into Field of Dreams, the local community-based Football Club. This is suitable for both boys and girls from as young as 3 years. A sure fire way to prize them away from the computer games! See page 31 for further details of both these activities.
In the unfortunate event that you are involved in an accident, how will the emergency services know how to contact your next of kin? You will find out the answer to this question on page 38.
We have especially enjoyed putting together the restaurant guide this issue as we have found some new ones for you from all points of the globe. You will also find details of what’s on where during the festive season, so enjoy!
All that remains is for me to wish all our readers and advertisers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
See you all again in 2014!
