Well, they say it is autumn and there are only just over two months to go until Christmas Day but as I write this, it is still 30 degrees outside - not bad for mid-October!

As usual, lots for you to enjoy again in this issue.

Marbella Beauty Academy gives a preview of the autumn beauty trends which you will find on page 8 and this includes the colours and hair styles for the festive season.

We would very much like to thank Fer Diomedi for providing us with our autumn front cover. We thought you might like to know a little bit more about the girl behind the face on the front cover, Veronika Balint, so please go to page 27 for more.

We like to think that we cover a variety of interesting topics in the magazine and so on a completely different note, we deal with funeral plans on page 41 which I am sure you will find extremely informative.

We were honoured to be invited to one of the first wine pairing events at the prestigious La Mandagora restaurant in El Zoco, Calahonda where we enjoyed an interesting and entertaining evening with of course the exceptional cuisine for which “La Madragora” is renowned. Wine pairing events are now open to the public until the spring and you can find out all about this on page 62.

The restaurant guide begins on page 50 in this issue. As I mentioned above, the festive season is drawing close already so I would advise you to book your venue in good time to avoid disappointment.
