Welcome to the October issue of Key to Mijas Costa. Roasted chestnuts are beckoning in La Cala and the countdown to Christmas has begun, but it is still very warm and busy outside, which is great for all of us who have made Mijas Costa our home.
We have another bumper issue including plenty for the upcoming festive season. Hand in hand with the festivities, goes weight gain so on page 15 Jon Stark gives some tips and offers you a Healthy Living course where you can learn to batch cook a week’s supply of food which is very handy during this busy time. Lesley Riley can also help you lose a dress size before Christmas.
