Welcome to the February issue of Key to Mijas Costa.

Many thanks to Mary Wilde for providing our front cover photo which depicts La Cala beach taken by Mary in January. How lucky are we here in Mijas Costa to be able to sit in the sunshine at this time of year enjoying a meal or glass of wine outside when the weather is so cold, wet and windy where we come from?

There is plenty for you to read in this issue. Ali Meehan, Founder of Costa Women, is once again organising events this year to celebrate International Women’s Day. Full details can be found on page 9.

If you are interested in the paranormal, you will find an interesting article on page 16 about the psychic world of local man, Gary Williams.

If you were thinking about buying a tablet, Computer City has provided a very interesting article on the pros and cons of Apple IOS versus Google Android which is on page 33.

We are very pleased to introduce to you our new puzzles section of the magazine. I know many of you enjoy solving puzzles, so on pages 40-41 you will find our very own take on puzzles which relate to the magazine and Mijas Costa in general. I hope you enjoy them.
