It is hard to imagine Halloween or the festive season when it is still so warm outside, but this is why we all enjoy living in Mijas Costa - welcome to the autumn issue!

There are many diverse articles to read in this issue. On page 6 Marbella Beauty Academy brings you lipstick colour trends for autumn which are absolutely perfect for the season. Still on the subject of beauty, on page 9 we welcome back Hair Magic who specialise in hair extensions, and also Wendy offers a mobile spray tanning service, again ideal for parties etc.

On page 11 we welcome Centro Sanum on the Mijas Road. The centre offers diverse services including physiotherapy, chiropractic, colonic hydrotherapy plus many more. Maria Steffensen is an expert in nutrition and has provided us with a very interesting article on this subject.

Still on the subject of nutrition, I am sure that dog owners are also concerned nowadays of what is actually in the food they give their pets. Joanna has provided us with some very interesting information on this subject which you can find on page 32.
