Having recently taken over Big Willies in Fuengirola, Darren is a fully qualified butcher with over 20 years experience in the trade. He specialises in making traditional sausages using only the finest cuts of meat with no added fat and using English rusk and seasoning.

He now cures his own gammon and bacon hocks and supply cooked ham, beef and salt beef together with all the traditional English cuts of meat. If you fancy something completely different try our marinades, lovely lamb & mint steaks, sweet & sour chicken, spicy Chinese spare ribs or even sweet chilli & lime beef steaks.

He has English cheeses including mature, extra mature & smoked Cheddars, Stilton, R/Leicester, D/Gloucester, Four Counties and a selection of spicy cheddars including Afterburn (cheddar, mixed peppers & garlic) Chilli-Wack (smoked cheddar with chilli peppers) Seriously Hot (cheddar with Jalapeno peppers) and Mex-Mix (cheddar with Mexican & Jalapeno peppers). Supreme hand made pork pies and a variety of savoury pies and steam puddings are also available.

Don't forget that Christmas in just around the corner so orders are now being taken for free range Turkeys which can be boned & rolled if required, chipolatas (can be wrapped in bacon), sausage meat (plain or flavoured) and of course gammons.
