Now what exactly does that mean, bespoke to you?

If you're running an office and for example you're doing interior design and you're using a programme that is highly graphical and it needs a lot of memory on the graphics side of things, but it's not so important to have say DVD burners, it doesn't need floppy drives and other peripherals that other computers come as standard, you can literally say to us you want a machine for this particular reason and then we can build that machine.

Have you ever heard anyone who has come in and said basically they would like their old computer to run like a Rolls Royce?

All the time that happens. Basically we explain to people that we will do our best. We take the machine in context, have a look at it, see what can be done to it, see if there are any upgrades available for the machine if it's pretty old. At the end of the day, we are just honest. We tell people if there is nothing that can be done to the machine, but we always try. That's the main thing. We always try and help people, save them money.
